Video Walkthroughs of Available Rentals

Because of concerns for personal and public health and safety M&S Property Services, LLC has begun showing available rental properties only via video walk through.  This reduces exposure of both staff and the public to each other, and improves the information regarding a property available to prospective residents that are home shopping from out of town. We can also be advertising and showing a property for lease while it is still occupied, or touch up and minor repairs are being carried out getting it ready for new occupancy. If prospective residents need more details, the manager will obtain answers for them. 

This new service will reduce vacancy time, improve availability to out of town prospects, and may even improve decision making for local prospects - where previously a working spouse could not visit a home for lease on a work day and might have missed on on a great choice of home for their family. Although production of the walk through videos will take significant time and expense, there will be no cost for the owner of the rental property.  As vacancies occur, we will be filming our inventory and posting them online along with still photos as part of our marketing efforts.
